Allergies

It is important to note that our products may include or come in contact with other allergens such as milk, wheat, and tree nuts. If you or any of your potential guests have allergies that you are aware of, it is your responsibility to inform us before confirming and paying for your order. Treats made in the kitchen are touched using gloves that potentially contain latex, vinyl, or other materials.

Confirming your Order

After confirming all your event details, you will receive an invoice via text. Invoices take on average of 2-3 business days to generate. Upon receiving your invoice, orders must be paid within a 24-hour time frame of receiving your invoice/receipt. Orders under $100 will be required to be paid in full as a deposit, that is non-refundable. This deposit will secure your booking date. Orders over $100, require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking date.Orders that are paid with a 50% deposit, must be paid in full a week prior to your event date/ pick up date. Please note, orders that receive an estimate/quote do not guarantee the security of being booked. Payment is required to secure your date.

Cancellations or Changes to your Order

In the event there is a cancelation, orders must be canceled 7 days before your allocated pickup date. Failure to communicate cancellations may result in full payment or cancelation fee. If for any reason your event is canceled or postponed before the 7 days, we will do our best to accommodate your new event date. All treat add on's or changes must be noted on the invoice 7 days before pick up date.

Pickup Protocol

When finalizing an order, a pickup time and date will be arranged. The day before pickup, you will receive a confirmation for the agreed upon time. On the day of pickup, if for any reason you are running late or expect a delay in picking up your treats, you are responsible to communicate such delay(s). Treats must be picked up within the hour, of the agreed time. Failure to show for pick up, could result in a disposal of treats and a full non-refundable payment. The same expectation you have for us to deliver on time, we expect the same from you. Please be courteous.

TLC for your Treats

Treats should be stored in a refrigerator or cool climate, away from direct sunlight. If the temperature reaches over 50 degrees, a great rule of thumb to remember, if you are not comfortable with the temperature; neither are your treats. Keep perishable items in the fridge and cake-related items in a cool climate. During the warmer months, store your items in the fridge and remove them 15-30 mins before serving your guest.
